This ground floor apartment is tastefully furnished to a 5 star quality standard with marble flooring throughout ,fully air conditioned with secure underground parking with lift access and video intercom. The apartment has stunning views of the sea and the 18 hole Calanova Golf Course.
The fully fitted integrated kitchen with granite worktops and quality appliances will provide you with everything you need whilst on holiday be it for a light snack or a full blown evening meal.
The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have ample drawer and wardrobe space and have patio doors leading on to the terrace. The en suite bathroom has bath, bidet, vanity unit and shower. The guest bathroom has a vanity unit, toilet, bidet & shower.
The living room is furnished to a high standard with a chaise lounge L shaped sofa, side table, sideboard, DVD Player, Plasma TV. Patio Doors with voiles leading to the balcony area. The dining area seats 4 people comfortably should you wish to dine in.
All patio windows except for the living room (which is not in constant sunlight) are fitted with pull down shutters to keep the apartment cool while you are out and to avoid bright early morning sunlight in the bedrooms.
There are excellent views from the balcony of the golf and sea.
La Cala de Mijas has a market day every Wednesday which also proves extremely popular.
