This luxury three bedroom apartment is situated above Calahonda with spectacular views from the terrace right over the Mediterranean. Casa Tamjulia has been finished to the highest of standard throughout and the view out to the sea is fantastic! Almost centrally placed between Malaga and Marbella, the apartment is ideally suited for those guests who wish to travel around the coast to see the sights. Being situated at the top of Calahonda, a car would be essential, unless your idea of a perfect holiday is not to move from the luxury of the apartment or beside the sparkling blue pools!
Fuengirola and Benalmadena are close by with their array of attractions and Mijas Pueblo is within easy reach and is well worth a visit. There are also numerous golf courses nearby.
For those who do not wish to venture too far afield, the apartment complex houses a swimming pool and there are nearby restaurants, Miel and Nata, being a particularly good spot to eat. Calahonda centre is about five minutes drive down the hill, and although a pleasant walk downhill a taxi would be the preferred mode of transport home! Cabopino beach, one of the nicest on the Costa del Sol, is only about ten minutes from Calahonda.
On entering this spacious three bedroom apartment the dining area comfortably seats six people should a night dining in be desired. The lounge area has two sofas, one of which can be used as a sofa bed, and gives you plenty of space should you wish to just relax and watch a DVD.
The lounge opens out onto a terrace with spectacular views out over the Mediterranean. Dining out here with the views on offer truly is idyllic!
The fully fitted kitchen has everything that you may require whilst on holiday. The master bedroom has a king size bed and there is plenty of wardrobe and drawer space to put away all those holiday outfits! The ensuite bathroom has both a bath and shower as well as a vanity unit and toilet. The master bedroom also has direct access to a terrace where you can enjoy a morning coffee whilst taking in the view.
The second bedroom houses twin beds whilst bedroom three contains a double bed. Both these bedrooms share a bathroom consisting of bath and shower, toilet and sink.
The whole apartment has been finished to the highest of standards and if it is a room with a view that you are after - then look no further!
