This fabulous three bedroom apartment is situated in Cancelada, within metres of the entrance to the Los Flamingos golf resort. Approximately fifty minutes drive from Malaga airport, this apartment is only five minutes from San Pedro and ten minutes from Puerto Banus and Marbella. There are a number of quality bars and restaurants within a few minutes of the apartment in Benahavis. The fabulous Villa Padierna hotel in Los Flamingos is a mere stroll away and all are welcome to dine on their terrace overlooking the superb golf course. Costalita beach is only minutes away in the car.
On entering the complex the apartments have all been built around a large pool surrounded by tropical gardens. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen providing you with everything you need for your dining requirements, be it a snack for by the pool or a three course dinner on the terrace!
The large dining table comfortably seats six should you decide that eating inside would be preferable. The spacious lounge area has been furnished with two large leather sofas and are perfect for relaxing on to watch a DVD or satellite TV. The lounge opens out onto a large terrace with views out to sea. There is another six seater table out here, perfect for eating out on those hot balmy nights!
The master bedroom has a double bed with plenty of wardrobe space and has access to an en suite bathroom with both bath and shower.
Bedrooms two and three both house twin beds and share a second bathroom with its own shower and toilet.
