Villa Guadalmina is a luxurious four bedroom detached villa with a magnificent floodlit heated pool located in the heart of Guadalmina, just minutes from San Pedro and a short drive from Puerto Banus. Malaga airport is a thirty five minute drive away and you will find Estepona and Gibraltar to the west, Ronda to the north and Calahonda to the east, not to mention over 25 lush golf courses to discover.
If you are looking for a home from home then look no further. The villa is in a private urbanization and has marble floor throughout, secluded garden and heated pool so that you can swim all year round. Should those summer nights prove too warm for you just flick on the air conditioning and you will soon cool down. Settle down to watch a DVD or satellite T.V.(bring your favourite DVDs) on one of the sumptuous sofas if you need a quiet night in to recharge your batteries. The lounge is bright and spacious and has a beautiful fire place which is the focal point of the room. There are patio doors out onto the terrace and the pool area where you will find peace and tranquility and enjoy the terrific view over the fifth fairway of the Guadalmina golf course.The children in your party will adore splashing around in the pool for hours on end or you can use one of the three communal pools in the development.
You are spoilt for choice and can choose to eat in the dining room where there is an eight seater dining suite or enjoy those balmy evenings outside where there is another eight seater table and chairs. Spark up the BBQ and smell those steaks cooking and when you are full retire to the wicker outdoor furniture to relax and sip those gin and tonics.
Sleeping accommodation at Villa Guadalmina includes a twin bedroom on the ground floor where there is also a shower room with sink and toilet. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms and the master bedroom suite has walk in wardrobes and a large ensuite bathroom which houses a walk in shower, vanity unit, and bidet. There is also a cot and a high chair available for those of you with a baby. The second double bedroom offers a full-size bed, with full length mirror and ample storage space. The bedroom leads onto a terrace which stretches the length of the villa with fabulous views for miles around. There is a nearby family bathroom with a twin vanity unit, bath with shower attachment and bidet. The fourth bedroom offers comfort for the youngsters and the young at heart with 2 twin beds and plenty of storage.
Villa Guadalmina has a fully equipped kitchen, that makes food preparation less of a chore while on holiday. You can whip up breakfast with ease or enjoy a more formal family meal together in the dining room.
