A luxurious villa, with commanding views, elegantly furnished and decorated.
Situated in an exclusive gated community of just 20 villas on the top of a hill overlooking the Nueva Andalucia golf valley only minutes from the famous marina at Puerto Banus. The villa has breathtaking views from the south facing terrace of the Aloha Lake below also known as the Turtle Lake (Lago de Las Tortugas) giving nearby nature trekking opportunities. The panoramic views stretch across the Golf Valley southwards to the Mediterranean Sea and Puerto Banus Also to the East the Villa Los Pulus is dominated by the famous La Concha mountain of Marbella.
Nueva Andalucia, also known as The Golf Valley is situated in the most beautiful part of the south of Spain. It is within the Marbella municipality and very close to the shops, restaurants and nightlife of Puerto Banus. Nueva Andalucia itself offers a wide range of international cuisine and shops.
Some of the finest golf courses in the world are all within easy striking distance. The nearest ones within 5 minutes driving distance are Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, La Quinta and La Dama de Noche (a spectacular floodlit course) all situated within the Nueva Andalucia Valley.
The villa is in located in a secure gated community operated by remote controlled entry gates. There is an attached carport parking space at the front of the villa. The villa is spread over three floors with the main living areas and kitchen at the entry level. There are 4 spacious double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a separate toilet and also a sauna with its own separate showering facilities. Modern fitted kitchen. Ample terraces on different levels for sunbathing and a good sized L-shaped private heated swimming pool. Pool heat is optional June - Sept for an additional charge. Pool heat is included Oct - May
Full hot and cold air-conditioning to all the living areas and bedrooms and the villa also features underfloor heating. Upstairs the sauna has a picture window giving panoramic sea views with separate showers. All the rooms are light and airy, and offer good views across the valley and towards the sea. The villa also has wifi ADSL Broadband installed. You will need to bring your own wireless enabled laptop to use this.
You enter the property via the front door onto a split-level hallway/landing. As you proceed down the staircase you enter a good-sized lounge with a feature log burning stove, climate control system and patio doors leading to the terrace with private pool and garden area. To one side is a large open plan fully fitted kitchen with Meile units and an American fridge freezer. The formal dining area is entered through an archway and also has double doors leading to a terrace. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, climate control unit and en-suite facilities with views over the pool. On the lower floor below the lounge, there are two more double bedrooms arranged as twin bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and climate control units and a bathroom with full suite.
The 4 bedrooms in the villa are furnished as 2 en-suite doubles and two twins. A child cot and high chair are also available on request. Above the lounge is a wonderful master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, patio doors to a balcony with sea, mountain and lake views; a superb en-suite bathroom, heated towel rail, double hand basins and patio doors to another spacious terrace with sea, mountain and lake views. There is plenty of terrace pool side and on the top floor with lounging furniture.
Beyond the kitchen there is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a second fridge and microwave.
