Villa Vista Azul is a stunning four bedroom villa situated in the Casablanca resort just below Benalmadena Pueblo, and minutes from the coast and beaches of Benalmadena Costa. The villa has breathtaking views over the bays of Benalmadena and Furngirola. Situated just 15 minutes from Malaga airport; minutes from the pueblo and its many excellent bars and restaurants and a couple of minutes drive to the beaches this villa really is in a prime location. Marbella is only 25 minutes away via the motorway.
Finished to the highest of standards and luxuriously furnished throughout, a stay here will be nothing less than outstanding! On entering the villa the stairs lead down to a spacious and bright lounge and dining area. The lounge has a 12 seater corner unit where it is absolutely perfect to sit and relax during those nights in when you just want to catch up on some television or watch a DVD. Adjacent to the lounge is the dining area where eight people can comfortably sit and enjoy a superb meal should cooking be your thing on holiday. The state of the art kitchen ensures that everything you require to rustle up that meal can be found.
The bright and airy lounge is made possible by the large patio windows that lead onto the fabulous outside terrace with magnificent views out to sea. Relax on the terrace furniture sipping a nice cool drink, or perhaps your party would prefer to dine outside on those balmy summer nights, the outside 8 seater table will easily accommodate your needs.
Upstairs in the villa can be found three of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and has been beautifully finished. The bedroom leads out onto its own private terrace where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning taking in the splendid views before you face the rigours of the day! The master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom comprising of bath, shower, toilet and double vanity unit.
The remaining two bedrooms upstairs are both twin bedrooms and have plenty of wardrobe space. These bedrooms share a bathroom comprising of bath/shower and toilet.
Moving downstairs through the villa you arrive at the fourth bedroom. This double bedroom houses its own shower room and toilet with access to its own private terrace. On this floor there can also be found a separate shower room and toilet.
This floor leads out onto the impressively sized pool terrace area. The plunge pool is perfect to jump into when the sun is just getting too hot! Should you wish to have a more vigorating swim the resort has a communal pool which is just minutes from the villa. This pool is set in beautiful landscaped gardens and too has wonderful views to the sea. There are plenty of sun loungers available in the villa and there is a shaded porch area should a bit of timeout from the sun be required. There is also a table tennis table down here for the more energetic in your party. This villa is not only fabulous throughout but its location makes it perfect for those who just want a quiet break away from it all or for those who want to be able to explore the local area whilst away.
